I will be doing a water fast. Hoping to do it a minimum of 21 days:) I've done my research.If you wanna you can check out this video. I find her pretty inspiring.
Today is more of a "pre-fast", then a "Day 1"- I had coffee. Thinking of consuming some watermelons, maybe celery? I'm not too sure yet. I'm not really a water drinker. I have very very bad habits. I rarely drink water. That is probably one of the reason why I'm often bloated? But having a water fast may also give me the habit of drinking water more regularly. So.. I'm preparing my body for tomorrow's Day 1.
